Klarna buyers: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you believe it was not as described.
At ThrowbackBuys, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of vintage and recycled items, products cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before making a purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
We stand by the accuracy of our product listings. However, if you receive an item that you feel was misrepresented compared to our description and images, you may be eligible for a return or refund if requested within 14 days of delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, significant discrepancies in the item's condition, size, or authenticity. Unless the size of the product is significantly different upon delivery, returns will not be accepted for slight variations in measurements.
If you believe an item was not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at sup@throwbackbuys.com. Provide clear evidence of the discrepancy, including photos and detailed descriptions comparing the received item against the advertised listing.
If your claim is approved, you will be offered a choice of:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
