Dr. Mario is a highly popular falling-block puzzle video game series developed and published by Nintendo. First released in 1990 for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and Game Boy, the game features Mario donning a lab coat to eradicate colorful viruses using medical vitamin capsules.

This copy does have minor cosmetic wear (paint spot) on the back of the cart, that in no way affects play.
