1997 – Wendy's: Pinky and the Brain Notepad and Pencil Kids' Meal Toy

Still sealed in the original bag, this '97 Wendy's Pinky and the Brain set comes with a notepad and pencil, presumably for jotting down schemes to take over the world. Mint condition, never used, which means someone had serious restraint or just forgot it was in the junk drawer for 28 years. A clean piece of Kids' WB history from when fast food toys doubled as actual school supplies and cartoon rats had better plans than most adults.
