Vintage - Berenstain Bears: The Bear Detectives

Let’s start with the obvious: yes, it still pains us that it’s spelled Berenstain and not Berenstein. Timeline glitches aside, The Bear Detectives is a classic from the golden era of classroom reads. If you were in K5 through 5th grade in the ‘90s, this was probably in the reading bin—usually with a library barcode and some mystery kid’s name written inside. Papa Bear fumbles the case, the kids save the day, and all is right in Bear Country.
