Highest bid vs. MJ pack wins the card AND the argument.

On June 26, 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers took a high school kid from Akron with the first pick of the NBA Draft. Sports Illustrated had already called him "The Chosen One" more than a year before he ever played a professional game.

The 2003/04 rookie class produced some of the most sought-after modern cards in the hobby. A LeBron Topps Chrome Rookie in PSA 9 runs $1,800. The SPX Rookie Autograph, numbered 55 out of 750 from his actual first season, carries an estimated $8,000 at SGC 8/10. The UD Top Prospects Rookie Autograph sits at BGS 9.5/10 and $5,000. These aren't hypothetical numbers. Those cards exist. One of them could be inside this pack - we honestly don't know.

What you're bidding on: one sealed Break King LeBron James Rookie Retro MEGA Mystery Pack (Series 1), 1 of 2,399 packs produced. Fewer packs than the MJ series, for what it's worth. Inside is a guaranteed LeBron James rookie card plus three sealed bonus basketball packs (2022 to 2025). Factory sealed. Never opened.

Right now, across the same auction, an MJ pack is running. The final bids on both won't officially settle the GOAT debate. But they'll say something about which generation showed up.

Which side are you on?
