Payouts & Getting Paid π°
All payouts are processed through Stripe, ensuring secure and seamless payments. Here’s what you need to know.
Managing Your Payouts
Log into your Seller Portal and go to Profile to review your bank details. To update payout info, click Update Your Bank Account and follow the prompts. Please be sure to fully complete all steps - and double check that you've actually done so. Completing these steps ensures your account is fully set up to process future payouts without any interruptions.
Payment Processing Fees
A standard Shopify Payments fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per order is deducted before your payout is calculated. This covers secure payment processing and applies to all orders.
Multi-Seller Orders
If a customer places an order containing products from multiple sellers, the processing fee and shipping amount are split proportionally based on the value of each seller’s items. This ensures everyone gets their fair share, and payouts reflect only your portion of the order.
Checking Earnings
View your historical and pending earnings in the Payouts section of the navigation bar.
Payout Schedule
Payments are issued 3–5 business days after the package is delivered. The faster you ship, the sooner you get paid.
